After dedicating over 20 years to providing exceptional dental care across Cornwall, Anurag and Leena realized their shared dream of opening a private practice closer to home in Truro in 2019. Trafalgar House Dental Practice was born from their vision to offer personalized, patient-centered care with a level of attention and dedication that is difficult to achieve on a larger scale.

Set within a charming, listed building, Trafalgar House blends timeless character with state-of-the-art treatment rooms designed to be calm, inviting, and well-equipped for modern dentistry.

When they aren’t caring for patients or managing the practice, Anurag and Leena cherish spending time with their daughter, Reya. Anurag’s passion for cooking often fills their home with delicious aromas, while Leena enjoys immersing herself in her lifelong love of dance.

Taylor Pellow

Head Receptionist

Taylor joined Trafalgar House Dental Practice in July 2022 as our Head Receptionist, bringing warmth, energy, and a dazzling smile to every patient she meets. Known for her friendly and approachable nature, Taylor loves chatting with patients and making sure they feel welcomed and relaxed from the moment they walk through the door.

A true Strictly Come Dancing fan at heart, her enthusiasm is contagious! When she’s not creating a positive experience for our patients, Taylor enjoys catching up with friends over coffee, attending shows, and exploring the beautiful Cornish countryside with her two adorable dogs, Rocco and Rizzo.

Taylor’s passion for people, positivity, and excellent service makes her an invaluable part of the Trafalgar House team.

Lisa Holmes

Business Manager

Lisa joined Trafalgar House Dental Practice in September 2024, bringing with her over 30 years of invaluable experience in the dental industry. As our Business Manager, Lisa plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the practice, combining her extensive knowledge with a passion for delivering excellent patient care and operational excellence.

When she’s not managing the practice, Lisa loves traveling and can often be found exploring the beautiful Cornish beaches and countryside with her beloved Spaniel, Buddy. Her enthusiasm for both dentistry and adventure makes her a dynamic and cherished member of our team.

Ivy Montague

Dental Nurse

Ivy Montague joined Trafalgar House Dental Practice in September 2022 as a trainee dental nurse and proudly qualified as a dental nurse with flying colors in November 2024. Her passion for learning and dedication to providing excellent patient care have made her an integral part of our team. She is excited to continue growing her skills and looks forward to progressing her career in dental nursing.

In her downtime, Ivy enjoys exploring new places and indulging in peaceful poetry reading sessions. Life has become even more adventurous with the arrival of her playful puppy, Willow, who adds joy and excitement to her days. Ivy’s enthusiasm, curiosity, and commitment to growth continue to shine through in her role at the practice.  

Harriet Osborne

Trainee Dental Nurse

Harriet is an enthusiastic and committed individual with a genuine passion for caring for others, which led her to pursue a career in dental nursing. She thrives on being part of a supportive team dedicated to helping patients feel comfortable and confident in their smiles.

In her downtime, she enjoys discovering scenic locations to watch the sunset, taking long coastal walks, and spending quality time with friends and family. Her love for nature and connection brings warmth and positivity to her role within the practice.

Reya

Creative Content Manager & Patient Experience Support

Reya is a vibrant, fun-loving member of our team who brings fresh, new-generation ideas to Trafalgar House Dental Practice. She plays an integral role in helping us create engaging social media content, sharing her creativity and energy to connect with our community.

If you visit us during the holiday periods, you may spot Reya lending a helping hand around the practice. She has a special talent for making balloon dog sculptures that bring smiles to our young patients and help them feel comfortable and relaxed.

Outside the practice, Reya is a bundle of talent and enthusiasm. She’s learning to play the piano, honing her skills in Indian classical Kathak dance, and pursuing her passion for baking. Her love for creativity and connection makes her a joy to have on the team—and a delight for everyone she meets!

I had not been to the dentist for over 10 years, I knew I needed work but never had pain and always put it off, however I started to have pain and was seen as an emergency the same day. There was no stigma or disrespect for not seeing a dentist for so long, I was treated swiftly for the pain and then a treatment plan discussed as multiple fillings and work needed, the whole team are professional, welcoming and caring. Each procedure is discussed and and there is no pressure to have treatments. I have since taken out the monthly plan which has helped with costs and I know going forwards my dental health will be much improved. Can highly recommend!

Both my husband and I were extremely impressed with the time and care Dr Sharma showed to us both on our first dental appointment. Explaining more to us than any other dentist has ever done and in a very relaxed atmosphere. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful too. Would highly recommend Trafalgar House Dental practice to anyone.

Dr Sharma is undoubtedly the best dentist I’ve seen. The treatment I have received has been excellent and he takes time to fully explain the X-rays he’s taken, giving advice about any future treatment needed.Advice about ongoing care of my teeth has also been first class. Highly recommended.

Anurag is a very experienced and friendly dentist who was highly recommended to me by a family member. I have now seen him for a root canal job, an extraction, a tooth reconstruction and a clean. He is professional in the extreme and puts a lot of effort into telling you what he is doing - and why. He also makes you feel comfortable and gives good advice on dental hygiene. Ten out of ten. I had an amazing experience with Dr Anurag and his team. They sorted my abscess out on a very short notice and they called me in the day after I put in a query online. Dr Anurag and his team put you at ease especially if you are a bit nervous to go to a dentist like me. Very professional and definitely my go to Dental practice in Cornwall. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much.

I am a very nervous and anxious patient and was therefore not looking forward to my tooth extraction. I need not have worried because Leena and her assistant Emma put me at ease straight away. Leena took her time with me and did not rush at all, she was amazing and I didn't feel a thing. Taylor on reception also put me at ease as soon as I walked in. I would definitely recommend this practice

I had a emergency at the NHS to get my 2 teeth removed and only one could come out I was left in bad pain and would of had to wait for 30 days before re they could help me.. I found trafalgar house and called them they got me in ASAP and I left that day with very little pain after a check and inspect I then had an appointment to returne to get my other tooth out and the service was fantastic and fast the staff were so understanding and helpful with me being deaf iv never felt so comfortable being in a dentist thank you all so much for a great service and making me pain free ❤️ I can finally smile again ☺️

Had awful tooth pain for 3 days and could not get into any dentist. The team at Trafalgar house saw me within an hour of calling! They were incredibly friendly, thorough and just all round fantastic. So glad I found this little gem of a dental practice, I’ll be back as a regular now. Especially as the membership prices are so good! Highly recommend.

I am very happy with my treatment at Trafalgar House Dental practice. Leena and her team are brilliant. Procedures all explained and discussed with you before and after . You are given time to ask questions if needed and not rushed. Treatment plans with costs included so you know what you have to pay ,so no nasty shocks ! Post treatment you get a follow up phone call from the lovely Taylor to check you are ok. Would definitely recommend this practice ,a lovely team. Well done.

A really lovely, professional practice that make you feel welcome from the get go. Taylor, the lady who works at the reception, is really helpful with anything you need and quick to get you booked in!Dr Sharma, my dentist, is also very professional, always gives me a very thorough appointment and makes sure that I’m happy with the results!I couldn’t recommend this practice enough, they definitely go above and beyond for their patients!
