Dental Membership Plans
An Affordable Way to Look After Your Oral Health
Our dental membership plans are designed to help you maintain your oral health through regular preventive care.
Plans start from £23.50 per month and include:
- 2 dental health examinations per year
- 2 maintenance gingival therapy appointments per year, including preventive advice
- Routine X-rays as required
- Routine oral cancer screening
- 10% discount on eligible treatment
- Diet and oral hygiene advice
- Consultation and emergency appointments*
- Eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme
Treatment required during consultation or emergency appointments is charged separately.
The monthly plan cost includes management and administration charges payable to DPAS. Treatments not included within your membership plan can be paid for separately.
Things to Know Before Your First Appointment
Booking Your Appointment
A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from your appointment charges. Our team will explain the deposit and payment requirements when you book.
Before Your Appointment
We’ll send you an email before your appointment with a link to update your medical history. Completing this before you arrive helps make your visit easier. If you need any help with the form, please contact our team.
Parking & Accessibility
We’re located just off Trafalgar Roundabout, with parking available at the practice and additional parking nearby. If you’re bringing someone with limited mobility, please contact us in advance so we can arrange a suitable drop-off time and provide additional assistance.
Payments
We accept cash and card payments. A deposit is required when booking, with the remaining balance payable in accordance with our payment terms. Some treatments may require full payment when booking; please see our fee guide for further information.
Important Patient Information
Treatment Plans & Consent
Before any treatment begins, your dentist will discuss their findings with you and explain the recommended treatment options, associated costs and your personalised treatment plan. We’ll ask for your consent before proceeding with treatment.
Cancelling or Missing an Appointment
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please give us at least 48 working hours’ notice.
Appointments missed or cancelled with less than 48 working hours’ notice are charged at £100 per hour of reserved appointment time.
Interest-Free Finance
We offer 0% interest-free finance over 12 months on eligible treatments over £500, provided by Denplan. Ask our team for more information.

Emergency Dental Care
If you’re experiencing dental pain or have an urgent dental problem during our opening hours, please contact the practice as soon as possible.
Outside normal opening hours, call the practice for information about contacting the emergency dentist. Dental plan members also have access to a 24/7 worldwide dental emergency helpline.
