We know finding a dentist can be difficult. Trafalgar House welcomes new patients of all ages that are struggling with lengthy waiting lists. Our practice is conveniently located in Truro and has limited disabled access for wheelchair users.

Arrival
You’ll receive an appointment reminder and directions. Fill out the pre-appointment questionnaire 24 hours prior to arrival. We’ll make sure you know exactly what to expect in your personalised treatment plan.
Treatment
Once agreed upon, we can begin your treatment(s). Costs that aren’t covered by your Dental Plan can be paid via cash or card.

Do you accept dental emergencies?
Yes, for patients, plan members and nonpatients.
Do you accept patients of all ages?
Yes, we accept patients of all ages and have tailored dental plans for both adults and children.
Do you cater to the hearing impaired?
Yes, we make sure nothing goes unheard.
Is there disabled access?
We can only accommodate wheelchairs within a maximum width of 720mm. This is due to our building being listed, and the external gate limits. We do have a ramp if required. Inside, the door entrances and rooms are plenty spacious for manoeuvrability.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes! We are accepting new patients on a private basis.
Do you consolidate appointments to make them flexible and to save time?
Yes, we prioritise your needs and make visits as efficient as possible.
Do you welcome minority and marginalised communities?
Yes. Trafalgar House is a family for all who wish to be a part of our community.
Do you offer remote consultations?
Yes, we speak with clients over the phone to answer any initial questions, but we do not offer video call consultations currently as we can’t accurately advise without first seeing our patients.
Is there parking available or nearby and where?
Yes, there is limited 2 space parking on-site, available on first come and first serve basis, but also there are nearby car parks 5 minutes walk away.
What if I feel anxious about visiting the dentist?
You’re not the only one! Lots of people feel anxiety about visiting their dentist but you’re in safe hands. We’ll go slow and move at your own pace. No rush, no pressure.
Do I need a face mask?
Patients can choose to wear masks or not. Our dentists continue to wear face masks which is normal for us.
