Dentistry accessible to anyone!

Becoming a member of our dental plan is the most cost-effective way to care for your oral health. Plans start from £21.50 and include the following:

  • 2 x dental health examinations per year
  • 2 x maintenance gingival therapy appointments
  • per year, including preventative advice
  • routine x-rays as required
  • routine oral cancer screening
  • 10% discount on treatment
  • diet and oral hygiene advice prescriptions
  • consultation and emergency appointments, you pay for any treatment needed
  • eligibility to request assistance from the Worldwide Dental Emergency Assistance Scheme.

The monthly plan cost includes the charges for management and administration payable by you to DPAS.

Treatment not covered by this plan can be paid for separately.

Booking your appointment

We’re all about making appointments work for you. To book your appointment, we’ll need a deposit. Don’t worry; we’ll subtract it from your charges unless something comes up.

Arriving for your appointment
Expect an email the day before with a link to update your medical history. It’s a quick step to speed things up during your visit. If you’re unsure about the form, give us a call—we’re here to guide you through it.

Emergencies
If you’re in pain during office hours, call us right away. After hours, you can call our reception where you will find the emergency dentist’s telephone number. Plan members? You’ve got a 24/7 global dental emergency helpline.

Parking
We’re just off Trafalgar’s roundabout, with parking available and more spaces nearby. If you’re bringing a person in who is less mobile please call us, and we’ll arrange a drop-off time for extra assistance.

Payment
You can pay with cash or card – whatever you prefer. Also, check out our DPAS practice plan with a monthly direct debit, that covers routine checks and hygiene treatments,  Payment-wise, we ask for 50% upfront, and the rest is due when you arrive.

Child examination charges
Do you have kids? We’ve got reduced rates for their exams. Check out the charges for different age groups. Plus, registered adults could also benefit from additional discounts.

Treatment plan and consent
Before any dental work starts, we’ll chat with you about a treatment plan tailored to your needs. We’ll need your okay and a quick consent form to go ahead.

Missed or late-canceled appointments
Life happens—we get it. Just announce us at least 24 hours before, and we’ll sort things out. Missed appointments may come with a fee, so it is best to keep us updated.

Zero Tolerance
We’re all about creating a safe and friendly vibe. So, let’s keep it positive. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on abusive language and the mistreatment of staff or patients. We take patient experience very seriously and anyone in breach of these policies will be immediately removed from the register.
